The Oklahoma Highway Patrol investigated a two vehicle traffic accident on Interstate 35 northbound near mile marker 101 just before 8:30 March 16.
The investigating Trooper said a 2022 Freightliner Cascadia, driven by Terry C. Smith, 30, of St. Joseph, MO and a 2014 Nissan Versa, driven by John R. Kelly, 37, of Noble collided.
Smith was not injured but the patrol reported Kelly was transported by EMSTAT to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City and admitted in fair condition.
The Trooper said the accident was caused by following too closely.
