OF HEIRS, DEVISEES
AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all the heirs, legatees and devisees of Mary Tomlinson Stewart, Deceased (“Decedent”), that on the 23rd day of January, 2026, David C. Stewart (“Petitioner”) produced and filed in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, instruments in writing purporting to be an authenticated copy of the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, as admitted to probate in Cause No. 25-CP-002467 in the County Court of Hillsborough County, State of Florida, on August 4, 2025, together with authenticated copies of the Order Probating Will and Authorizing Letters Testamentary, dated August 4, 2025, and Letters Testamentary, dated August 4, 2025, and also filed a Petition praying for the probate of the Will and that Letters Testamentary be issued to the Petitioner.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court, notice is hereby given that the 5th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition in the Courtroom of the McClain County Courthouse in Purcell, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
