Notice is hereby given that Melissia Kittley, the duly appointed and qualified Personal Representative of the Estate of Anita Diane Walden, deceased, has filed her Petition for Determination of Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees, Termination of Joint Tenancy, Distribution, and Discharge.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 12th day of January, 2026, notice is given that the 12th day of February, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., is the day and time that the Petition will be heard before the Honorable Charles Gray, Associate District Court Judge in the District Court in the McClain County Courthouse at Purcell, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in the Estate are notified to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Account should not be settled and allowed, the Estate distributed, said Petition approved, and the Personal Representative discharged.
