NOTICE OF HEARING

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons and their heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, trustees, successors and assigns and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all interested parties, particularly in McClain County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Far West Development, LLC; Continental Resources, Inc. ; ROK Energy, LLC; Windward Energy, LLC; Warwick-Minerva, LLC; Validus Energy II Midcon, LLC; Ovintiv USA, Inc. ; Camino Natural Resources, LLC; CJ Bradshaw Holdings, LP (formerly CJB Holdings, LP); Continental Resources, Inc.; Duke Minerals Non-Op, LLC; Far West Energy, LLC; FP Meramec, LLC; H.F. Egolf; H.F. Egolf, c/o Louise Anne Egolf; Heritage Resources NonOp, LLC; Kaiser-Francis Oil Company; Sweetwater Exploration, LLC; Brushy Resources Inc. and if any of the above whose addresses are not known or are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties; and if any of the above are corporations which do not continue to have legal existence, the unknown trustees or assigns of such parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant requests that the Commission authorize and waive the consent requirement contained in Rule No. 165:5-7-6. Applicant further requests that the Commission enter a finding that this request is necessary based upon good cause shown. Applicant further alleges that a Waiver of Consent is necessary to permit development of the Osborn common source of supply in the referenced section.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for the hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN if any named natural person is deceased, then the known or unknown heirs, executors, administrators, trustees, devisees and assigns, immediate and remote, of such decedent are made respondents to this Application. If any named respondent is a corporation which does not continue to have legal existence, then the known or unknown successors, trustees or assigns, if any, of such entity are made respondents to this Application.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at 8:30 A.M. on the 9th day of March, 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.

Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission’s website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html. The referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or videoconference. Before coming to the building for this hearing, please visit the Oklahoma Corporation Commission website at https://oklahoma.gov/occ to determine the status of building access. Instructions for participating via teleconference or videoconference are available on the Commission’s website.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant or Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and telephone number.
