The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, Trustees, Successors and Assigns,Immediate and Remote, of David Vance Torrans, deceased; and all unknown persons claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in and to the real property described herein.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you have been sued by Plaintiffs Howard F. Marquier and Gena Marquier in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CV-26-19, seeking to quiet and confirm title to the real property described below and to bar and enjoin Defendants from asserting any adverse claim.

The real property which is the subject of this action is situated in McClain County, Oklahoma, and is legally described as follows:

A tract of land being a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section THIRTEEN (13), Township NINE (9) North, Range FOUR (4) West of the Indian Meridian, McClain County, Oklahoma being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the NW/4 of said Section 13: Thence S 89°52’19” E on the North line of said NW/4 a distance of 991.08 feet to the point of beginning; Thence continuing S 89°52’19” E a distance of 495.50 feet to a point; Thence S0048’03”W a distance of 1762.60 feet to a point; Thence N 89°47’18” W a distance of 495.17 feet to a point; Thence N 00°0’7’24” E a distance of 1761.88 feet to the point of beginning. (the “Property”).

YOU MUST ANSWER the Petition filed by Plaintiffs on or before March 6th, 2026 (which date is not less than forty-one (41) days from the date of first publication of this Notice), or the allegations of the Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be entered quieting title in Plaintiffs and barring you from asserting any right, title, interest, lien, or claim in the subject property.
