Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Kenneth Glenn Hill that on the 20th day of February 2026, there was produced and filed in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Kenneth Glenn Hill, deceased, dated September 19, 2019, and there was also filed in said Court the Petition of Loretta Laverne Hill praying that the same be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary issue to Loretta Laverne Hill as Personal Representative of the estate to serve without bond, and that the Court determine the heirs, devisees and legatees of Kenneth Glenn Hill, deceased.
Pursuant to an Order of Court made on this date, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 26th day of March, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will in the Courthouse of McClain County, in Purcell, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.

both deceased:
You and each of you are hereby notified that Charlotte Lee Holman,
Tracey Lynn Boatwright,
Ralph Henry Malone,
Cameron James Corbin and Emily Lynn Blakley,
as Plaintiffs,
have filed in the District Court of McClain County,
State of Oklahoma,
their Petition against the heirs,
executors,
administrators,
devisees,
trustees and assigns,
immediate and remote,
of Freda Sue Malone and James Merle Malone,
both deceased (Defendants),
alleging that Freda Sue Malone and James Merle Malone,
both deceased,
died seized and possessed of the property describe on Exhibit A,
attached hereto; that the Plaintiffs are the owners of said property and in the actual and peaceable possession thereof; that Defendants claim some right,
title or interest in and to said property adverse to the Plaintiffs,
which constitutes a cloud on the Plaintiffs’ title; that there has been no judicial determination of heirship of Freda Sue Malone and James Merle Malone,
both deceased,
judicially determining the names and individual identity of each and all the persons who took,
or were entitled to take,
said property under the intestate laws of succession in force at the time of the death of said deceased persons,
and applicable to the distribution of said real property,
and the proportion or part thereof that each took,
or was entitled to take; that Defendants be required to show what right,
title or interest,
if any,
that they now have in and to said real property adverse to the right,
title and interest of Plaintiffs; that they be adjudged to have no right,
title,
interest or estate therein,
and that the title of the said Plaintiffs in and to said mineral interest be quieted against Defendants,
and that Defendants and each of them,
be perpetually barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any right,
title or interest in said mineral interest.
That said Defendants,
and each of them,
must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 14th day of April,
2026 or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing Plaintiffs to be the owners of said real property and entitled to the possession thereof,
and that the Defendants have no right,
title or interest therein,
and quieting the title of the Plaintiffs against all adverse claims of Defendants.
