REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Gary Michael Greenhaw, Deceased, that on the 26day of February, 2026, there was produced and filed in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Will of Gary Michael Greenhaw, Deceased, dated May 2, 2013, and there was also filed in the Court the Petition of James Bailey and Toni Parrie praying that the Will be admitted to probate, Letters Testamentary issued to them as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate, to serve without bond, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees, and legatees of the Decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of the Court made on February 26th, 2026, notice is given that the 19th day of March, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse, 121 N. 2nd St., Purcell, OK 73080, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
