Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Peter Charles Mott, Deceased, that on the 26th day of February, 2026, there was filed with this Court the Petition of Chase Charles Mott and Jennifer Jones praying that Letters of Administration be issued to them as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate, to serve without bond, and for a judicial determination of the heirs of the Decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on February 26th, 2026, notice is given that the 19 day of March, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse, 121 N 2nd Ave., Purcell, OK 73080, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
