FOR PROBATE OF ESTATE,
DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, AND LETTERS OF
ADMINISTRATION
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Betty Rue Michael, deceased, that on February 3, 2026, Susan Lathrop filed with said Court a Petition praying for the probate of the Estate, and that Letters of Administration, to serve without bond, issue thereupon to Stephan Valdez and Susan Lathrop and requested that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees, and legatees.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court made on the 3rd day of February, 2026, notice is hereby given that on the 5 day of March, 2026 at the hour of 9:30 o’clock A.M. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and approving said Will at the District Court Room of the McClain County Courthouse in the City of Purcell, McClain County, State of Oklahoma when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same. And testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of said Court this 3 day of February, 2026.
