Ribbon cutting, opening planned

Much of the work at Purcell’s new hospital has moved indoors. More than 20 sheetrock installers are busy, according to city manager Dale Bunn.

Purcell officials report a ribbon cutting for the new Purcell Municipal Hospital will be held April 28 with the new facility accepting patients May 3.

The new facility, located at 2301 N. 9th Avenue, has been under construction since March 2, 2020.
