Pure Joy Agility (PJA), owned and run by Heather Mahieu Cline, is putting on a North American Dog Agility Council (NADAC) agility trial at the McClain County Expo Center, 1715 Hardcastle Blvd., in Purcell Friday, April 4, through Sunday, April 6, from 8 a.m. to about 3 p.m. each day.
PJA provides positive, premier agility training by creating a strong relationship between the trainer and their dog.
Cline’s training helps dogs learn and connect with their handlers and handlers gain the necessary skills and insight to participate in agility at a competitive level.
The NADAC is a dog agility national organization with the main goal of giving every competitor another option to the American Kennel Club.
In addition to the agility trials food trucks will be available all three days from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There are bleachers for spectators but those attending are not permitted to bring outside dogs to the event.
