A McClain County District Court judge issued an arrest warrant for an Oklahoma City woman charged with exploitation of an elderly person.

Prosecutors here charged Lavaun Hernandez, 36, on March 31. Hernandez also uses the name Lavaun Booher.

According to an affidavit, Robbin Lopez told Blanchard police in January that a housekeeper, Hernandez, stole two diamond rings valued at $5,000.

Six days later, Lopez contacted police again, adding two gold rings, a gold nugget and a white gold necklace to the list of missing jewelry.

Hernandez was employed by a cleaning company hired by Lopez.
