NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The McClain County Board of Commissioners will be receiving sealed bids until 4:00 p.m. on July 24, 2026 with the opening of bids on July 27, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. for purchase of one (1) or more 1/2 Ton 4x4 Police/Special Service Pickup(s) for the Washington Fire Department.
Invitation to Bid forms are on file in the McClain County Clerk’s Office, 3rd Floor, Room 303, McClain County Courthouse, Purcell, Oklahoma or request to be mailed or emailed. Submit bids to McClain County Clerk, PO Box 629, Purcell, OK 73080.
The Board has the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids.
