Notice is given that on the 14th day of July 2026 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., at the McClain County Courthouse, in the City of Purcell, McClain County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in McClain County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

The Surface and Surface only of a tract of land in the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E/2 NE/4 SW/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Nine (9) North, Range Four (4) West of the Indian Meridian, McClain County, Oklahoma being more particularly described by James L. Buckley, LS 1582 on September 26, 2014 with metes and bounds as follows:
