The Lady Bulldogs were back in Washington last Thursday taking on Dickson in the Regional tournament. They fell to the Comets 41-30 to end their season.

They finished with a 9-16 record.

Junior Lexie Torres was Lexington’s leading scorer with 10 points while senior Ava Rowe added nine.

Lexington held a 19-18 lead at halftime and outscored Dickson in the third quarter. But, it was the fourth quarter that did them in. They scored zero points in the final stanza and Dickson scored 16. 

Two girls will be lost to graduation – Addie Lippel and Ava Rowe.

Boys

The Bulldog boys dropped their Regional game with Silo, 57-33, to end their season.

They finished with a 7-18 record. And six seniors will be lost to graduation – Colt Mixon, Elijah Pearman, Gavrie Williams, Reagan Smith, Kaiden McRavin and Ryan Johnson.

The Bulldogs were slow to start against Dickson, down 33-8 at halftime.

They picked up the offense in the second half, outscoring Silo 25-22.

Pearman led his Bulldogs with 12 points in the loss. Smith added eight points.
