THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO THOSE WHOSE ACTUAL ADDRESS IS UNKNOWN AND PERSONS OR OTHER ENTITIES WHOSE UNKNOWN HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, TRUSTEES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNS AND/OR SUCCESSORS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED ARE:   Foli John Asem, whether living or dead, and if dead, her unknown heirs, executors, adminstrators, trustees, devisees, assigns and/ or successors, if any; Gloria L. Jaramillo Ramirez, whether living or dead, and if dead, her unknown heirs, executors, adminstrators, trustees, devisees, assigns and/ or successors, if any.

TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before September 1st, 2026, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate situate in McClain County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

LOT ELEVEN (11), IN BLOCK TWENTY (20), OF THE FINAL PLAT OF FOX HOLLOW PHASE 4, A PART OF THE NW1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, RANGE 4 WEST, I.M., NEWCASTLE, MCCLAIN COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.;

for the sum of $203,685.65, with interest, and the further sum of a reasonable amount for abstracting expense, with interest thereon until paid; examination expenses of a reasonable amount with interest per annum thereon, until paid; and the further sum of a reasonable amount, attorney’s fee, and the costs of said suit and foreclosing said mortgage lien and your interest in the subject property and ordering said property sold with or without appraisement as plaintiff shall elect at the time judgment is rendered, all of which you will take due notice.
