Mr. Madden passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023, at his home.

Jimmy was born July 23, 1943, in McClain County, Okla., the fifth child of Rex and Marie Madden. He was raised in Washington and attended school there, graduating with the Warrior Class of 1961.

Jimmy was a truck driver for Oklahoma Tank Lines and United Petroleum Transports for most of his career. He married Dixie (Quandahl) White on March 14, 1995 in Las Vegas, and two families became one. Together they owned and operated Madden Trucking for several years. Before he retired, Jimmy worked at Riverwind Casino in Norman as a shuttle and limousine driver.

Away from work, Jimmy enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting, tending to his yard, garden, grilling and smoking bbq. He was an avid watcher of CNN News. He always enjoyed a cup of coffee and a good ribeye, and loved visiting with friends and family.

Jimmy cherished Dixie, his children and was a proud grandfather. He looked forward to his grandchildren’s activities and sporting events. He was a wonderful husband and father, grandfather, brother, uncle and a true friend. He will be dearly missed.
