Funeral services for Jerry Don Jones, 72, of Wayne were held July 18, 2022 at the First Baptist Church in Wayne. Interment was at Paoli Cemetery under the direction of the Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
Mr. Jones died July 14, 2022.
He was born Oct. 2, 1950 in Wayne, the eighth of 10 children of John Paul Jones and Nettie Mae (Morrow) Jones.
Survivors include his wife, Susan of the home; children, Lendal Jones and wife, Patti, of Amarillo, Texas, Dan Jones and wife, Sherry, of Wayne, Jerrie Wright and husband, Greg, of Wayne and Annie Jones of Wayne; brothers, Jr Jones of Wayne and Paul D. Jones and wife, Mary, of Paoli; sisters, Lillie Duncan of Wayne, Debbie Green and husband, Harold, of Wynnewood and Brenda Stringer of Davis; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
