Funeral services for Jenny Wheeler, 87, of Blanchard were held Aug. 23, 2022 at Trinity Baptist Church in Norman. Interment was at Lexington Cemetery under the direction of the Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
Mrs. Wheeler died Aug. 17, 2022 at Baptist Village Long Term Care Center in Oklahoma City.
Jenavee “Jenny” Lurlene Bowers was born March 29, 1935 in Oklahoma City, the daughter of Stanley E. Irving and Norene M. Barber.
Survivors include her sons, Del Humphreys and wife, Pam, of Edmond and David Humphreys and wife, Barbara, of Blanchard; her brother, Steve Bowers and wife, Sherri, of Guthrie; sister, Mona Moore and husband, Billy, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and two stepdaughters, Diana Wheeler Gann and Renae Wheeler, both of Lexington.
