It is with deep sadness and heartbreak that we announce the sudden passing of our beautiful, beloved Jayci Dawn Owings, age 19, of Lexington, who passed away Friday, January 2, 2026.
Born August 7, 2006 in Oklahoma City, she was the oldest daughter of Kelly Joe Owings and Miranda Dawn (Bebout) Owings.
She was raised in Lexington and attended school there. Jayci played softball and was a gifted artist, sharing many of her works with her family and friends. She was a master content creator, and enjoyed making and sharing videos. She loved animals of all kinds and never missed a chance to go camping or fishing.
Jayci fell in love with Vincent George and they welcomed a baby girl, Mavis Dawn, into their hearts and home. She cherished Mavis and her new family, and Jayci’s sweet spirit and big heart will forever be remembered. Rest in Peace Sweet Girl!
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Kathy Bebout and brother, Billy Joe Owings.
Jayci is survived by her daughter, Mavis Dawn and life partner, Vincent George of Edmond; her parents, Kelly and Miranda Owings of Lexington; siblings, Kenneth Owings of Arizona and Reily Owings of Lexington; Grandfather, James Bebout of Wanette; and a host of other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Jayci Owings Memorial Fund at McClain Bank to help with expenses. From the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank you enough for the thoughts, prayers and donations during this difficult time.
Funeral Services were held Friday, January 9, 2026 at the Wilson-Little Funeral Home Chapel in Purcell.
