It’s in the Constitution

Posted

We’ve got to stop the hate in this country.

If a President or the Congress or the Supreme Court doesn’t vote the way you want it’s protest city and a cry for justice.

When the left doesn’t get its way they want to pack the
Supreme Court.

It’s decided by Congress how many Supreme Court Justices there are.

When the SCOTUS votes out Roe v. Wade the left cries foul and looks for ways to overturn the vote.

It’s a government of checks and balances.

Seems like some folks don’t want to follow the Constitution anymore.

Somehow some folks have forgotten it’s a three prong form of government.

Not one. Not two. But three. And they all have the same amount of power.

Definition of checks and balances: a system that allows each branch of a government to amend or veto acts of another branch so as to prevent any one branch from exerting too much power.

For those of you needing a civics lesson, here are three examples of the checks and balances system.

The House of Representatives votes to impeach the President, but the Senate votes that the President has lawfully upheld office. ...

The legislative branch votes to pass a new bill. ...

The judicial branch finds the new law to be unconstitutional through a Supreme Court ruling.

It’s in the Constitution.

By definition: a body of fundamental principles or established precedents according to which a state or other organization is acknowledged to be governed.

Stop the hate.

I personally don’t like everything that is done in Washington D.C. but when it goes south of my way of thinking I don’t protest, riot, burn businesses or throw things through windows.

Many do, however, and it is a miserably shameful situation.

Stop the hate.
