Back in April we published a Letter to the Editor from Evan and Sandy Dobberfuhl of Mosinee, Wisc., about their trip through Purcell in 1967 and how kind everyone was.
They were on their honeymoon and had car trouble and the local Chevrolet dealership went above and beyond to help them.
Well, the Dobberfulhs were on their way to Austin and stopped by The Purcell Register to say hello!
We had a nice visit talking about their last time here and finding out a little bit about each other.
It’s always nice when you’ve had multiple emails from each other and you actually get to meet someone face to face!
