NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY AND DISCHARGE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lauren Alyse Selfridge, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Administrator of the Estate of Lance Warner Selfridge, Deceased, having filed in this Court on May 26th, 2026, her Final Account and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirs, Distribution of Property and Discharge, the hearing of the same has been fixed by the Judge of said Court on the 18th day of June, 2026, at 9:30 o’clock a.m. in the District Court of McClain County, in the City of Purcell, State of Oklahoma, before the Honorable Judge Charles Gray. The hearing will include the Court’s consideration of the various matters requested in said Final Account and Petition. All persons interested in said estate may appear and make objection, if any, or show cause as to why the heirs, devisees, and legatees of the said estate should not be determined and the said estate distributed in accordance with the applicable laws of intestate succession of the State of Oklahoma.
