Notice is hereby given that John Smaistrla and Rebecca Lozoya, the duly appointed Co-Special Guardians of the Earline Smaistrla, has returned for confirmation and filed in the Court their return of sale of the following real property to GEO INVESTMENTS, LLC, for the sum of $161,500.00.
Lot Eleven (11), Block Five (5), YUKON HILLS ADDITION, to Yukon, Canadian County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Hearing on the Return of Sale is set on the 28th day of May, 2026, at 9:30 AM, before Judge Charles Gray, McClain County Courthouse, 121 N. 2nd Street, Purcell, Oklahoma 73080, at which time any person interested in said estate may appear and file their exceptions in writing to said return and contest the same, and all are hereby referred to said Return of Sale for further particulars.
