NOTICE is hereby given that Susan Zimmerman and Jason P. Schuppel, as co-Guardians of the person and estate of Deborah S. Waskowiak, the Ward, has returned and presented for confirmation, and filed in said Court their Return of Sale at Private Sale of the following described property of said Estate, situated in the County of McClain, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lot Two (2), of Magers
Subdivision, McClain County, Oklahoma, according to the
recorded plat thereof.
Physical Address: 25025 100th St., Maysville, OK 73057.
at private sale, to Elexis Dunn, for the sum of $140,000.00 to be paid in cash or certified funds at the Closing scheduled after confirmation of this sale by the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma.
The 6th day of August, 2026, at 9:30 AM of said day, before the undersigned Judge in the District Courtroom of the McClain County Courthouse, Purcell, Oklahoma, has been duly appointed by said Court for hearing said Return of Sale at Private Sale, at which time any person interested in said Estate may appear and file his/her exceptions in writing to said Return of Sale at Private Sale and contest the same. Reference is hereby made to said Return of Sale at Private Sale for further particulars.
