Golf scramble to raise funds for athletics

The Purcell Dragon Athletic Department is holding a fund-raiser four person scramble golf tournament this Saturday.

The tee time for the event at the Brent Bruehl Memorial Golf Course is 8 a.m.

Check in begins at 7 a.m. with the entry fee of $300 per team. Mulligans will be available the morning of the tournament.

Checks should be made payable to Purcell High School Athletics. Entries should be in by August 13.

Tournament director Carol Testa said she may be contacted at 442-0099 ext 504 or at testacpurcellps.org.

Tournament sponsor board spaces will be available for a cost of $100 for gold sponsors and $50 for silver sponsors.

Prizes will be determined by the number of entries, Testa said.
