Fern Cheek Logan Edson was born October 18, 1927 near the community of Lindsay, Oklahoma to Clyde and Grace Cheek. She was the third of nine children.
Fern passed from this life into her heavenly life on November 30, 2019 in Winder, Georgia.
Fern is survived by her brother, Don Cheek, Sr. and his wife, Mary Jo, of Altus, Oklahoma; her brother, Wes Cheek of Altus, Oklahoma; and her sister, Judy Orem of Lumberton, Texas; her son, Gary Logan and his wife, Wanda, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, and their children, Jerry Wayne, Michael, Jeff and Julie; son, Steve Logan of Winder, Georgia, and his children, Stevie, Kelly, Teddy, Kenny, Carla and Bobby; son, Ronald Gene Logan and his wife, Ruth, of Maysville, Oklahoma, and their children, Ron, Jr., Amanda and Stephanie; daughter, Nancy Cardinal of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and her children, Michael, Josh and John; numerous grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Grace Cheek; her husband, Andy Logan; her husband, Ray Edison; brothers, Jack Cheek of Santa Fe, Texas; sister, Maudele Bischoff of Edmond, Oklahoma; sister, Helen Wand of Colorado Springs, Colorado; sister, Wanda Fish of San Antonio, Texas; and sister, Charlene Carter of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
