The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is continuing an investigation into a fatality accident that occurred Friday, June 6, at 3:12 a.m. in Purcell at mile marker 94 northbound.
Investigating OHP Trooper Morgan Terrell said a commercial motor vehicle sideswiped a vehicle driven by David L. Blasingame, 56, of Sulphur.
The OHP said he was killed on impact.
A passenger in the vehicle, 75-year-old Adeline Blasingame of Sulphur was also injured in the collision but her injuries were not released.
