ORDER FOR HEARING
PETITION FOR SALE
OF REAL PROPERTY
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified Petition for Sale of Real Property of Lorraine K. Comfort, Personal Representative of the Estates of Bessie L. Wynesberry, Deceased, and Willa Roshel “Rachel” Wynesberry, Deceased, on file herein, that it is to the best interests of the estate to sell the property, belonging to said estate, and described in said Petition, for the following reasons and purposes: to ease Estate administration and pay the costs of administration;
Therefore, it is ordered by the Court that all persons interested in the Estates of Bessie L. Wynesberry, Deceased, and Willa Roshel “Rachel” Wynesberry, Deceased, appear before Judge Charles Gray in his Courtroom in the District Court of McClain County, City of Purcell, State of Oklahoma, on the 18th day of June 2026 at 9:30 o’clock a.m., then and there to show cause, if any they have, why an Order, as prayed for in said Petition should not be granted to the Personal Representative to sell said real property of said Decedents described as follows:
The North 38 feet of Lot Ten (10), Block One Hundred Fifty-one (151), in the CITY OF PURCELL, McClain County, Oklahoma; and
The West 4 feet of Lot Five (5) and ALL of Lot Six (6), Block Eight-six (86), in the CITY OF PURCELL, McClain County, Oklahoma.
at either public or private sale, for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said Petition, as she shall judge to be for the best interests of said estate and of all parties interested therein.
It is the further order of the Court, that copies of this Order be mailed to all heirs, legatees, devisees, or guardians thereof, with postage thereon prepaid, at their last known addresses; and that a copy of this order to show cause be published once in some newspaper published in this county, the first publication of which notice shall not be less than ten days before the time fixed for said hearing.
