PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE,
DETERMINATION OF HEIRS,
DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Verna May Story, Deceased, that on the 24th day of June 2026, there was produced and filed in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be a certified copy of the Will of Verna May Story, Deceased, dated December 18, 2012 and there was also filed in the Court the Petition of Julie Mae Story Scott praying that the Will be admitted to probate, Letters Testamentary issued to Julie Mae Story Scott as Personal Representative of the Estate, to serve without bond, for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 24th day of June 2026 notice is given that the 23rd day of July 2026, at 9:30 o’clock a.m. is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom of the County Courthouse, Purcell, McClain County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
