TO: The heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns of Twila Kay Million, deceased, including unknown heirs and unknown claimants of Twila Kay Million, deceased, and to all persons interested in the Estate of Twila Kay Million.

You are hereby notified that an action has been filed and a Petition for Determination of Heirship has been filed in the District Court, McClain County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. PB-2026-64, styled as In the Matter of the Estate of Twila Kay Million, Deceased; Brian D. Stamps, Trustee of The Grady Drake Stamps Revocable Trust Dated April 11, 2015, on behalf of The Grady Drake Stamps Revocable Trust Dated April 11, 2015, Plaintiff, vs. The Known and Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, and Assigns of Twila Kay Million, Deceased, Defendants.  The action alleges that Joel D. Million, Elizabeth Zein and Rachel Pricer were the only heirs of Decedent as of the date of her death and that Plaintiff, as a successor in interest to said heirs, is the owner of the surface interest in the following described real property, to-wit:

A part of the West 4 acres of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1/4 SE1/4 SW1/4) that lies East of the Center of the highway, all in Section Thirty (30), Township Eight (8) North, Range Four (4) West, McClain County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said SW1/4; thence North 89°45’26” East as the basis of bearing on the South line of said SW1/4 a distance of 1900.55 feet; thence North 00°15’07” West a distance of 660.32 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing North 00°15’07” West a distance of 228.64 feet to a point on the East Right-of-Way Line of State Highway 9; thence along a non-tangent curve to the Left having a Radius of 1195.73 feet, a Chord Bearing of North 26°57’55” East and a Chord Distance of 196.93 feet for an Arc Length of 197.15 feet; thence South 89°45’15” West a distance of 173.80 feet; thence South 00°15’07” East a distance of 403.78 feet; thence South 89°45’21” West a distance of 263.87 feet to the Point of Beginning;

(“Subject Property”).

You are hereby notified that you have been sued in this action and must answer the Petition filed by Plaintiff on or before September 11, 2026, or the allegations contained in said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be entered determining Joel D. Million, Elizabeth Zein and Rachel Pricer as the only heirs of Decedent as of the date of her death pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 84, § 251, et seq., and determining Plaintiff, Brian D. Stamps, Trustee of The Grady Drake Stamps Revocable Trust Dated April 11, 2015, as a successor in interest to said Decedent as to a certain interest in and to the Subject Property.
