NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Karval Stewart, Personal Representative of the Estate of Timothy Arthurt Stewart, Deceased, having filed in this Court her Final Account and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirs, Distribution of Estate and Discharge of Personal Representative, the Hearing of the same has been fixed by the Judge of said Court to be held on the 9th day of April, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the courtroom of the Honorable Charles Gray, or his successor Judge, in the McClain County Courthouse, Purcell, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said Estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said Final Account should not be allowed and approved by the Court, the heirs determined, the estate distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged.
