An Application for Summary Administration pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245 has been filed in the above matter, setting forth the following information:

1. The name, address and date of death of decedent is: SIGIFREDO RIVERA, departed this life on July 7, 2026 and was a resident of McClain County, Oklahoma.
2. The name and address of the Administrator is: RAQUEL J. RIVERA, 1812 S. Antler Way, Mustang, Oklahoma 73036.
3. The total value of the estate is less than $200,000.00
4. Pursuant to 58 O.S. § 246, the final dates have been set for the Final Accounting and Petition for Distribution and for the hearing on the Order Allowing Final Accounting, Determination of Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Distribution and Discharge:

HEARING DATE: The 5th day of November 2026 at 9:30 a.m.

Places of Hearing: Courtroom of the Honorable Judge Gray.

5. The Petition sets forth names and addresses of all known heirs, legatees, devisees and creditors. Each person receiving this Notice is advised of the following: Each party receiving this notice must file objections to the Petition before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner or that person will be deemed to have waived objections to the Petition.
6. If an objection is filed prior to the hearing, the court will determine at the hearing if the summary proceedings are appropriate, and if so, if the estate will be distributed and to whom.
7. The claim of any creditor will be barred unless the claim is presented to the Petition at the above address or on or before 30 days from the publication of this notice.
