AND DISCHARGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MICHAEL CHONG, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Personal Representative of the Estate of SHEW TING CHONG, a/k/a ROSE CHONG SHEW TING/BARCELL, Deceased, has filed herein the Final Report and Final Account of the Personal Representative, and the Petition for Order allowing the Final Report and Final Account, and for Decree of Distribution and Discharge of the Personal Representative, and the same has been set by the Court for hearing on the 10th day of September, 2026, at 9:30 o’clock a.m., in the Courtroom of the Honorable CHARLES GRAY, in the County Courthouse for McCLAIN County, State of Oklahoma.
All persons interested in said Estate are notified that their rights in this matter and in the Estate will be finally determined at said hearing, and that they should then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why said Final Report and Final Account should not be finally settled and allowed as presented, and the said Estate distributed in accordance with the Decedent’s Will and the Final Report, and the Personal Representative discharged. In the absence of any such objection, you should expect that the Court will approve same, as presented.
