DEVISEES AND LEGATEES

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Ralph Ernest Umber that on the 4th day of May, 2026, there was produced and filed in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Ralph Ernest Umber, deceased, dated May 27, 1992, and there was also filed in said Court the Petition of Rex William Umber praying that the same be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary issue to Rex William Umber as Personal Representative of the estate to serve without bond, and that the Court determine the heirs, devisees and legatees of Ralph Ernest Umber, deceased.

Pursuant to an Order of Court made on this date, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 28th day of May, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. has been appointed as the time for hearing said petition and proving said Will in the Courthouse of McClain County, in Purcell, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
