PETITION FOR ORDER
ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Mary Tomlinson Stewart, Deceased (“Decedent”), that on the 5th day of June, 2026, David C. Stewart, in his capacity as Personal Representative of the Estate of Mary Tomlinson Stewart, filed in this Court a Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirs, Decree of Distribution and Discharge.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court, notice is hereby given that the 9th day of July, 2026, at the hour of 9:30 a.m., of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition in the Courtroom of the McClain County Courthouse in Purcell, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
