NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of MARGIE COLLEEN WAGGONER, deceased, that on the 19th day of March, 2026, LAURA A. SHAVER, Personal Representative, filed with the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma a Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirs of MARGIE COLLEEN WAGGONER, Distribution of the Estate of MARGIE COLLEEN WAGGONER, and requesting that the Personal Representative, LAURA A. SHAVER, be discharged.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said Petition is hereby set for hearing on the 23rd day of April, 2026 at 9:30 o’clock a.m. in the Courtroom of the Honorable Charles Gray, Judge of the District Court of McClain County, 121 N. 2nd Street, Ste. 231, Purcell, Oklahoma 73080, the McClain County Courthouse, wherein all persons interested in the Estate of the Decedent, MARGIE COLLEEN WAGGONER may appear and contest said Petition.
