ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES, AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Louis Howard Pate, a/k/a Louis H. Pate, deceased, that on the 10th day of April, 2026, Don L. Pate, produced in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Louis Howard Pate, a/k/a Louis H. Pate, deceased, and also filed in said Court his Petition, with a copy of said Will, praying that the Will be admitted to probate, that Don L. Pate, be appointed as Personal Representative, that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters Administration, with Will Annexed, be issued to Don L. Pate.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said Petition will be heard on the 14th day of May, 2026, at 9:30 o’clock A.M., in the District Courtroom, County Courthouse, Purcell, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice thereof be given by mailing a copy of this Order and Notice of Hearing Petition to all of the devisees, legatees and heirs of the decedent as required by law.
