NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of LANDON WAYNE TOOMOTH, Deceased, that on 19th day of August, 2026,Yvonne Toomoth produced in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of LANDON WAYNE TOOMOTH, deceased, and also filed in said Court her Petition, together with a copy of said Will praying for the probate of the Will and asking that Letters Testamentary issue to Yvonne Toomoth as Personal Representative and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said Decedent.

Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 19th day of August, 2026, notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of September, 2026, at 9:30 o’clock a.m., the Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge Charles Gray, in his Chambers, in the McClain County Courthouse, Purcell, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
