PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
The duly appointed and qualified Personal Representatives of the Estate of KYLE ALLEN GIMLIN, Deceased, filed their Final Account, Petition for Decree of Distribution, Approval of Attorneys’ Fees, Costs, and Expenses, and Discharge of Personal Representative on September 29th, 2026, and the Court finds that the Final Account and Petition should be set for hearing on a day certain.
THE COURT FINDS AND IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that a hearing be held on November 5, 2026,at the hour of 9:30 a.m., in the District Courtroom of the County Courthouse, 121 N. 2nd Avenue, Purcell, McClain County, Oklahoma, as the time and place appointed for settlement of the Final Account and hearing of the Petition for Decree of Distribution and Approval of Attorneys’ Fees, Costs and Expenses, and Discharge of Personal Representatives and that notice thereof is to be given as required by law. All persons interested in the Estate are notified to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Account should not be settled and allowed, the Estate distributed, the Attorneys’ Fees, Costs, and Expenses approved, and the Personal Representatives discharged.
