ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE, AND FINAL DISCHARGE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Loretta Laverne Hill, personal representative of the Estate of Kenneth Glenn Hill, Deceased, having filed in this Court her Final Account of the administration of said estate and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees, Distribution of Estate, and Final Discharge, the hearing of the same, which will include a hearing upon various matters requested therein to be taken into consideration by the Court, has been set by the Court of McClain County, Oklahoma the 30th day of July, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in the Courthouse of McClain County, in Purcell, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs of said deceased determined, the estate distributed, and the personal representative discharged.
