NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Jesse Manuel Gloria and Donna Sue Gloria, Deceased, that Teresa A. Hites has produced and filed in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, instruments purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Jesse Manuel Gloria and Donna Sue Gloria, Deceased, dated November 4, 1997, and there was also filed in said Court the Petition of Teresa A. Hites praying that the same be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary issue to Teresa A. Hites as Personal Representative of the estate, and that the Court determine the heirs, devisees, and legatees of Jesse Manuel Gloria and Donna Sue Gloria, Deceased.
Pursuant to order of Court made on the 23rd day of April, 2026, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 21st day of May, 2026, at the hour of 9:30 o’clock a.m. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will before the Honorable Judge Gray, in the County Courthouse, McClain County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
