NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Jesse Manuel Gloria and Donna Sue Gloria, Deceased, that in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, that Teresa A. Hites, Personal Representative of the Estate of Jesee Manuel Gloria and Donna Sue Gloria, Deceased will sell at private sale to the highest bidder for cash, subject to confirmation of the Court, on or after the 10th day of August, 2026, at the hour of 12:00 o’clock p.m., all right, title, and interest of the  Estate of Jesse Manuel Gloria and Donna Sue Gloria, Deceased and all right, title and interest that said estate has, by operation of law, or otherwise, acquired in and to all real property situated in McClain County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

Part of the East Half of Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section Nineteen (19), Township Nine (9) North, Range Four West, More particularly described as follows: Beginning 750 feet South of the Northeast corner of said E/2, SE/4, NE/4; Thence West 660 feet; Thence South 150 feet; Thence East 660 feet; Thence North 150 feet, to the point of beginning, in McClain County, Oklahoma
