NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Jesse Manuel Gloria and Donna Sue Gloria, Deceased, that on the 11th day of August, 2026, there was produced and filed in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, the Return of Sale of Real Property as filed by Teresa A. Hites, Personal Representative for the following described real property, to-wit:
Part of the East Half of Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section Nineteen (19), Township Nine (9) North, Range Four West, More particularly described as follows: Beginning 750 feet South of the Northeast corner of said E/2, SE /4, NE/4; Thence West 660 feet; Thence South 150 feet; Thence East 660 feet; Thence North 150 feet, to the point of beginning, in McClain County, Oklahoma
sold to Kimberly Abernathy for the sum of $140,000.00.
Pursuant to order of Court made on this 11th day of August, 2026, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 27th day of August, 2026, at the hour of 9:30 o’clock a.m. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Return of Sale of Real Property before the Honorable Judge Gray, in the County Courthouse, McClain County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
