OF THE IDENTITY OF THE HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND

LEGATEES OF THE DECEDENT, AND APPOINTMENT OF

PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Freida M. Smith, deceased, that on the 8 day of September, 2026, LaDonna Smith produced and filed in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Freida M. Smith, deceased; and also filed in said court her Petition praying for the probate of the Will and asking that Letters Testamentary be issued to Freida M. Smith, as Personal Representative, and requesting the Court to determine the identity of the heirs, devisees, and legatees of said decedent.

Pursuant to an Order of this Court on the 8th day of September 2026, notice is hereby given that on the 1 day of October 2026, at 9:30 o’clock A.M., the Petition will be heard in the courtroom of the District Court of the McClain County Courthouse, 121 N. 2nd Street, Purcell, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
