Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Ellenia Jane Clark, deceased. (“Estate”), that James McLemore filed in this Court a Petition seeking probate of the said Estate, and that Letters of Administration issue thereon to James McLemore, and that there be a determination of heirs at this hearing.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 24th day of September, 2026, at the hour of 9:30 o’clock a.m. of said day having been appointed as the time of for hearing such Petition at the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse in Purcell, County of McClain, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why such Petition should not be granted.
