APPRAISEMENT
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Calvin Dean Underwood, Deceased, that on the 22nd day of May 2026, Jo Ann Underwood filed in this Court her Petition for Administration of Estate, Appointment of Personal Representative, Determination of Heirs at Law, and for Waiver of Inventory and Appraisement, praying that the estate be administered, that Jo Ann Underwood be appointed Personal Representative of the Estate, to serve without bond, and that the heirs at law of said Decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters of Administration be issued to Jo Ann Underwood.
Said Petition is set for hearing on the 18th day of June 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the District Court of McClain County in Purcell, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
