PETITION FOR PROBATE
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Andy Lee Madden, Deceased, that there was produced and filed in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, instruments purporting to be the Will of Andy Lee Madden and there was also filed in the Court the Petition of Nicholas Nathanael Madden praying that the Will be admitted to Probate, Letters of Testamentary to be issued to him, to serve without bond, for a judicial determination of heirs, devisees, and legatees of the decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 1st day of May 2026, notice is given that the 28th day of May 2026, at 9:30 a.m., is the date and time that the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom in the McClain County Courthouse, State of Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
