NOTICE OF HEARING

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:  All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in McClain County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant(s) in this case is requesting that the Commission pool and adjudicate the rights and equities of the owners in the Osborn common source(s) of supply underlying Section 20, Township 7 North, Range 4 West, McClain County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if any natural person is deceased, then the known or unknown heirs, executors, administrators, trustees, devisees, and assigns, immediate and remote, of such decedent are made respondents to this Application.  If any named respondent is a corporation or other legal entity which does not continue to have legal existence, then the known or unknown successors, trustees, or assigns, if any, of such entity are made respondents to this Application.  

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant may request that any Order issued in this case may and should be made effective prior to the issuance of said Order and/or the filing of this Application. Applicant may request up to one year from the date of the order to enter in this case, within which to commence the initial well.  

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this case will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the initial hearing docket at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, Capitol Complex, 2401 North Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105, at 8:30 a.m. on the 23rd day of June, 2026.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone or video conference. The cost of telephonic or video communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone or video conference may contact the Applicant or Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing date, for further information on how to participate.  Further information is also available on the Commission’s website at https://oklahoma.gov/occ.html.
