STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons and their heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, trustees, successors and assigns and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all interested parties, particularly in McClain County, Oklahoma, and more particularly 89 Energy II Minerals LLC; Argent Mineral Management LLC, as Agent for Primos Legacy, LLC; Baseline Minerals LLC; Burns Family Limited Partnership; Clear Creek Investments Inc.; Evolution Petroleum OK Inc.; Fiduciary Trust International of the South, as Trustee of the Carol Ann Smith Schaffner Trust dated August 23, 2012; Horsefly Holdings LLC; J. Tolbert LLC; John F. Smith, as Trustee of The John F. Smith Trust dated August 30, 2012; Land Run Minerals II LLC; Longreach Energy 2 LLC; Longreach Energy Investments LLC; Marvin W. Terrell subject to TODD in favor of Steven W. Terrell and Kristin B. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission pool the interests and adjudicate the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Osborn common source of supply underlying the S/2 of Section 31-8N-4W, McClain County, Oklahoma, designating the Applicant or some other party as operator. Applicant is proposing to drill a well in said drilling and spacing unit.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any Order issued in this cause may result in a unit pooling.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant may request more than 180 days to commence operations.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for the hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at 8:30 A.M. on the 27th day of April, 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.
Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission’s website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html. The referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or videoconference. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate shall contact the Applicant or Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing, and provide their name and telephone number.
